Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, keys, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
